Open the archive
Select Quick answers or Saved replies, then select Archived.

Restore the item
Find the item and select Bring back. Check the confirmation and return to the active list.
Good to know
A restored quick answer that was visible may return to the club Help Center; one previously hidden remains hidden. Saved replies are staff wording.
