Before you begin
Step 1 of 3
Enter the message
Under On the big screen, type in Announcement, or select one of the quick announcements to fill the field. The message can be up to 200 characters.
Step 2 of 3
Show it
Select Show it. The message appears as a banner over the board and as the headline on the Break screen. Check the actual audience display.
Step 3 of 3
Clear it
When a message is on screen, select Clear. If Show it is unavailable, enter a nonblank message that differs from the one already on screen.
