Select the correct screen card and check its name and device details.

Send the request
Under Why this is playing, select Identify to request that the TV show its name, or Reload to request a player reload. Read the confirmation message.
Good to know
The request reaches the TV on its next check-in. An offline TV may not respond immediately; verify the result at the TV and check its connection if necessary.
